Welcome to the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing!  We are honored to provide accommodations for the attendees of Investors’ Circle’s 2011 Fall Venture Fair.   We embrace Investors’ Circle’s leading approach to environmentally friendly practices.  Our Hyatt has a history of environmental stewardship that includes:

• Participation in Earth Hour
• Linen energy conservation program (instructions located in guest rooms)
• Participation in recycling programs for food, cardboard, all paper and magazines, plastic, glass and aluminum and bi-metal cans
• Hotel Green Team meets once a month to talk about new green initiatives
• Food and Beverage composting
• Seasonal Temperature Settings in Guest Rooms (Change twice a year)
• Water saving devices, commodes and flow restrictors in all guestrooms
• Motion sensor light switches/timers various areas of the hotel: In ice machines room on guestroom floors and all back of the house areas

We have partnered with Investors’ Circle to make this program a Green Meeting by instituting the following environmentally safe initiatives:

• All meetings utilize reusable coffee mugs, instead of, disposable coffee cups (available upon request)
• Hotel offers water pitchers in all meeting rooms, instead of bottled to decrease waste
• Greatly reduced our consumption on paper products through reducing our order for the daily newspapers, paperless check-in offered, and deliver folios to departing guest upon request only. Guest folios are also available to be viewed on the guest room TV at anytime during the guests stay.
• Offer option to not have sheets, towels, or pillow cases cleaned daily (Conserve Cards in Guest Rooms)
• Compact fluorescent in guestrooms and hallways
• T-8 light bulbs throughout hotel

Keating’s River Grill Bar open 11 am - till 12:00 am; Keating’s River Grill dining from 6am till 10:00 pm; and Perk’s Café open from 6am to 12pm.

The hotel is equipped with a 24 hour, self-automated business center with basic office capabilities. It is located in the main lobby to the right of the front desk. (Computers, Facsimile Services, Photocopying, Printing, Fast board for printing boarding passes)
